PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a method and a program capable of correctly removing a frequency offset to a reception signal even against the interference.SOLUTION: A first inter-antenna average unit 145 respectively receives correlation values of a first section antenna from a plurality of correlation calculation units, and averages them by the number of antennas. A second inter-antenna average unit 146 similarly averages correlation values of a second section antenna by the number of antennas. An evaluation value calculation unit 150 respectively receives phase rotation amounts from a first angle conversion unit 147 and a second angle conversion unit 148, and calculates an evaluation value. A threshold comparator 151 receives the evaluation value from the evaluation value calculation unit, compares the evaluation value with a frequency offset estimation threshold, and outputs a determination result. A time average unit 152, according to the determination result, performs or does not perform time average processing to a section average correlation value outputted from a two-section average unit 149. A third angle conversion unit 153 performs angle conversion to a time average correlation value to calculate an average phase rotation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
