PURPOSE: A panel for finishing a wall is provided to conveniently attach a panel to an outer wall and an inner wall and to reduce the cost of construction. CONSTITUTION: A panel for finishing a wall comprises a body panel(10) made of synthetic resin in the rectangular shape and a metal outer finishing material(20) covering the overall face of the body panel and attached with the body panel integrally. When a building is built up or repaired, the panel is directly attached to the wall face of the building after coating an adhesive mortar onto the rear face of the body panel. Adhesive agent receiving recesses(13) are formed in the rear face of the body panel. After the adhesive receiving recesses are filled with the adhesive mortar, the panel is directly attached to the wall face of the building.
