The present invention provides a fishing hook and a method for manufacturing the same wherein a point can obtain enough strength and so on as tissue of the point is processed to be dense by forging an end portion of a wire before forming the point. In addition, the fishing hook has increased penetration force, needed to snag the mouth of a fish, as a sharp point is obtained by trimming a neat cut side by grinding the cut side during a point forming process. In addition, the fishing hook has an increased penetration force by grinding the end portion of the point one more time. |
