METHOD OF SETTING INSPECTION CRITERIA COORDINATE BY ALIGNING GEOMETRY CREATED BY 3D SCANNER

The present invention relates to a method of setting an inspection reference coordinate by aligning a geometric shape created using a 3D scanner to the reference coordinate comprising: (a) a step of creating a geometric shape of an inspecting object using a 3D scanner; (b) a step of aligning the geometric shape to a predetermined reference coordinate using the 3D scanner; and (c) a step of setting an inspection reference coordinate by checking a deviation between the geometric shape aligned to the reference coordinate and designing data. As such, the present invention is able to effectively set an inspection reference coordinate by aligning a geometric shape of an inspection object without frequently going back and forth between a computer and the inspection object.
