摘要 According to the present invention, provided are: an -1,3 fucosyltransferase mutant with enhanced soluble protein expression rate and activity; DNA coding the -1,3 fucosyltransferase mutant; a recombinant DNA vector which includes the DNA coding the -1,3 fucosyltransferase mutant; a host cell transformed with the recombinant DNA vector, and an extract made from the host cell; a manufacturing method of 3-fucosyloligosaccharide; a manufacturing method of a fucosyltransferase mutant; and a search method of a fucosyltransferase mutant. According to the present invention, the -1,3 fucosyltransferase mutant has remarkably enhanced soluble protein expression rate and activity. The -1,3 fucosyltransferase mutant is represented by one sequence selected from the following sequences: (a) an amino acid sequence 1; (b) an amino acid sequence 2; (c) an amino acid sequence 3; (d) one amino acid sequence among amino acid sequences 1 to 3, wherein 129th amino acid is acidic and is substituted with hydrophilic amino acid; (e) one amino acid sequence among amino acid sequences 1 to 3, wherein 132nd amino acid is substituted with amino acid excepting tyrosine and histidine; (f) one amino acid sequence among amino acid sequences 1 to 3, wherein 46th amino acid is substituted with hydrophobic amino acid; and (g) one amino acid sequence among amino acid sequences 1 to 3, wherein at least one amino acid selected from the group consisting of 129th amino acid, 132nd amino acid, and 46th amino acid is substituted.
