摘要 The present invention relates to an electrode substrate and a method to form an electrode thereof, and more specifically, to improve the surface roughness of an electrode formed by a printing process on a substrate and to reduce the surface roughness of the electrode. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of printing a fluid containing metallic nanoparticles or metallic nanoparticle precursor on a substrate to form an electrode coating layer; a step of forming a metallic particles layer made of metallic nanoparticles through thermal treatment or plasma treatment in accordance with the electrode coating layer; a step of supplying a filler made from polymer to the metallic particles layer to fill the parts in between the metallic nanoparticles on the metallic particles layer with the filler to expose the surface of the metallic particles layer; and a step of wet etching on the parts of the metallic particles layer exposed over the filler to form an electrode.
