The present invention relates to a nanocarrier which increases delivering efficiency of sitosterol or a derivative thereof to skin. The present invention further relates to a composition for skin external application containing the same. According to the present invention, the nanocarrier of which a surface thereof is modified by anions can deliver sitosterol or the derivative thereof to the skin with high efficiency by sealing the sitosterol or the derivative therein. Thus, the composition of the present invention can be applied as medicines and functional cosmetic products for preventing hair loss and improving hair growth. In addition, the nanocarrier can also be useful for developing formulations for delivering cosmetic products and medicines. |
