PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a fine mist efficiently and to float a high density fine mist in an atmosphere. SOLUTION: In a mist generator having a fog discharge cylinder 2 in which a mist generation part 8 is installed on the side of a base part, an outlet 2a for discharging mist is formed on the tip side, and a blower 3 for discharging the generated mist to the discharge side is installed, the mist of the generation part 8 is discharge, and shielding members 9 which prevents the passage a mist of relatively large particles and allow the passage of a mist of small particles are installed on the downstream side. The shielding members 9 are made bowl-shaped members which discharge mist and have recessed surfaces on the upstream side, and a plurality of the shielding members 9 are arranged in a plurality of stages through prescribed spaces. |
