The safety baby carriage, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body which has a handle and wheels; a sensor which is formed in the handle; and a brake part which is formed in the main body to brake the wheels on the basis of the signals sensed by the sensor, wherein the brake part is formed by connecting multiple control plates having multiple holes to each other and controls the braking force applied to the wheels by changing the coupling positions of the control plates.
