The present invention provides a release film having excellent peelability, which has low peel strength and excellent peelability, wherein it is hard to increase the peel strength even if a time passes in a state that the release film adheres to an adhesive layer, and since a transition of a silicone component with respect to the adhesive layer is low, adhesive strength of the adhesive layer is not reduced. The release film (5) is formed with a releasing agent layer (4) including a silicone-based releasing agent and having the thickness of 0.4 to 2 m on one side surface of a base film (1), and with a binder resin layer (2) containing inorganic fine particles and/or polymer fine particles, as fine particles (3) on the other side surface of the base film (1). The fine particles (3), the binder resin layer (2), and the releasing agent layer (4) of the release film having excellent peelability are satisfied with the following conditions (1) and (2). (1) The volume based-average particle diameter of the fine particles (3) is more than two times of the thickness of the releasing agent layer (4). (2) The thickness of the binder resin layer (2) is in a range of 25 to 60% of the volume based-average particle diameter of the fine particles (3). |
