<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a solar panel of a flat plate shape which is formed relatively large on a utility pole (pillar) with adjustable angle. SOLUTION: There are provided a band member 11 for holding pillars, which are bisected vertically, a frame member 21 for mounting a solar panel 20 to be mounted to the band member 11, and a support means 30 for supporting the frame member 21 from the rear. The band member 11 comprises two projecting flanges disposed at substantially symmetrical positions on a flat surface. A first projecting flange comprises a bolt hole for fastening the bisected band member 11, and also has a shaft strut part for rotatably mounting the end part of the support means 30. A second projecting flange is structured by a guide slit of the bolt to fix the frame member 21 so as to adjust its vertical angle, and the end part of the frame member 21 is fixed to the second projecting flange, while the frame member 21 is fixedly connected to the support means 30 via a bridge member.</p> |
