PURPOSE:To perform stable operation of a generating equipment, by measuring a dust contained quantity in generating equipment inlet gas, comparing its measured result with a dust contained quantity control value of gas adjusting high pressure loss of gas. CONSTITUTION:A dust contained quantity of gas is measured by a dust contained quantity of gas-continuous measuring unit 16 in a route from a dry dust remover 2, connected to a blast furnace main unit 1, to the inlet of a generator driving turbine 5. And its result is compared with a dust contained quantity of gas control value, then damper valves 20, 21 are actuated by a program control circuit 17 through opening operation of damper control motors 13, 15, while fine adjustment is performed by closing throat feed water valves 12, 14 and adjusting a high pressure loss of gas in a two-stage Venturi scrubber. In this way, a dust contained quantity of equipment inlet gas is substantially improved, while inlet gas pressure energy is increased, and generated electric power can be increased. |
