PURPOSE:To reduce conduction resistance of the mainswitch by inserting the main switch into the negative feedback loop of an amplifier circuit controlling make and break by external signals. CONSTITUTION:When an external signal CONT is made to a high level a main switch 1 and a controlling switch 2 are turned on through a buffer 6. Consequently, DC amplifiers 4, 5 form a negative feedback loop, and terminals A, B become in conduction. The resistance between A and B at this time approximates to a value obtained by dividing conduction resistance of the main switch 1 by voltage gain A2 of the amplifier 5. When an external signal CONT is made to a low level, switches 1, 2 are turned off, and a controlling switch 3 is turned on and consequently, the section between A and B becomes open state. The resistance between A and B at this time approximates to the resistance of the main switch 1 when it is open. |
