PURPOSE:To sample liquid accurately by each constant volume through one- touch operation by combining a rotator provided with flow passages and a rotator provided with ports relatively rotatably. CONSTITUTION:When rotators 1, 2 are relatively rotated 120 deg., they can be changed over to the state wherein they are communicated as shown by A and the state wherein they are communicated as shown by B. Therefore, in the state of the former, fluid l1 to be sampled by constant volume such as component gas or the like is injected through a fliud injection port 7a to fill in a metering body 9, thence the state is changed over to the latter state, and a conveying material l2 such as carrier gas or the like is flowed in through a conveying material inflow port 7c to expell the fluid stored in the metering body 9, whereby the fluid l1 of constant volume metered by the body 9 is obtained through a conveying material outflow port 8c. |
