PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a comparatively simple composition, which enables to accurately evaluate and track the momentum and the track of an animal and to accurately grasp the movement, extinguishment, and addition of an article. SOLUTION: This observation apparatus is equipped with containers 30, 40 which can contain an animal or an article, a tag attached to the animal or the article, plural readers equipped neighboring the container so that a transmitting/receiving area reaches the container, and a data processor to analyze signals from the plural readers. Evaluation and tracking are made by an observation device 10 which can measure the track of the animal or the article in the container based on data including an individual identification number transmitted/received between the tag and the plural readers and positions of readers which successfully transmitted/received data. |
