PURPOSE: To form various kinds of three-dimensional patterns on a pulp surface by spraying a compressed air through holes of pipe lines and holes of cylinders upon the pulp surface by apparatuses each having the built-in pipe line for spraying compressed air in the interior of the each cylinder. CONSTITUTION: Pattern forming apparatus 36 of each cylindrical shape are arranged mutually in parallel in the rectangular direction based on the transportation direction of a production line of tile board for ceiling on a wet pulp. A great number of holes are made on the surfaces of the rolls of the pattern forming apparatus 36. A compressed air jetted from the holes of compressed air pine lines 39 in the interior of the cylinders is sprayed through the holes of the pattern forming apparatuses 36 upon the pulp surface. A pattern can be changed from a shallow and thin channel pattern to a coarse, thick and deep channel pattern by changing a compressed air pressure in the cylinders and a distance from the cylinders to the pulp. |
