The scalp massaging appts. has an outer hood (2) which encloses an inner hood (3). The latter has a number of spring fingers (4), which are pressed onto the scalp. The outer hood has a drive motor (21) and a driving mechanism, which imparts a swaying motion to the inner hood so that the rubber tips of the sprung fingers massage the scalp. Each spring finger is connected to a piston in a cylinder (19), which can be connected to a vacuum pump (9). USE/ADVANTAGE - For therapeutical treatment of migrain, depressions etc. with improved transfer of mechanical motions onto the scalo.
