DEVICE FOR BULK RING TRAVELLERS' AUTOMATIC STRAIGHTENING FOR RING SPINNING FRAMES

The device concerns separating and adjusting of freely arranged fancy rollers in the shape of adjusted column for shot firing or packing for stock. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that in side pieces (1) there is a container (2) to whose mouth (3) a dispersive cylinder (4) is attached. Opposite the cylinder there is a set of rectifying metal sheets (6), under which there is a slanting knife frame (9), where in the spaces between the knives (10) there are separating wheels (11) for ejecting the fancy rollers (5) stuck into one another. The slanting knife frame (9) verges into a shaped container (12), whereas in the transition between the knife frame (9) and the shaped container (12) there is a feed cylinder (13), positioned from the top, and a reversing metal sheet (14), positioned from below. Opposite the reversing metal sheet (14) there is a transport wheel (15) and freely between the side pieces (1) there are puling rods (22) bearing upon an eccentric (21) positioned on a shaft (20) of an electromotor (19) forming a vibration mechanism (18) together with the container (2), the set of rectifying metal sheets (6) and the reversing metal sheet (14).
