PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating system which meets various characteristics, such as the ventilation characteristic, etc., required for each room. SOLUTION: In a house, ventilating sections (2) communicating with the garret space (1) of the house are formed in the skeletal wall sections (3) and partition wall sections (4) of the house so that a communicative closed space which is airtightly isolated from the outdoor may be formed of the space (1) and sections (2) in the house. Either a heat exchanger type ventilator (6) or a forced air supplying system (10) is selected in each room (5) in accordance with the ventilation characteristic required for the room (5) and the air outlet of the ventilator (6) or system (10) is directed toward the room (5). When the ventilator (6) is selected to one room (5), the indoor air sucking section of the ventilator (6) is opened to the communicative closed space and the air inlet or suction fan (8) of the ventilator (6) which communicates the room (5) to the communicative closed space is installed to the room (5) and an exhaust blower (11) is provided in the closed space. |
