<p>PURPOSE:To detect cell abort and reproduce consecutive time of burst information and interval information between burst information sets at a receiver side by using a different number of a residue system for each burst information as a number series, detecting a missing cell from the order corresponding to the number series at a receiver side and detecting the interval of the burst information due to a change in the number series. CONSTITUTION:A number system designation means 101 designates one of plural number series to each burst information. A code of a residue system is used as the number series. A number of the number series designated by the number system designation means 101 is added to a header of a cell generated by a cell processing means 103 sequentially as a sequence number. When numbers are skipped based on the number series identified by a number series identification means 121, a cell missing detection means 122 informs it to a decoding means as a missing cell. When an interval measuring means 124 detects a change from a number series to other number series, the means 124 measures a time from a reception point of time of a final cell belonging to a preceding number series till a reception point of time of the cell and displays the interval information and stores the result into a buffer 125.</p> |
