PURPOSE:To inexpensively supply an electronic part having laser marking excellent in solvent resistance and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:The inner exterior resin layer 8 of an exterior resin layer 6 is formed from a usual inexpensive resin and the outermost exterior resin layer 7 thereof is formed of a resin to which a laser color forming property is imparted.
