ELECTRONIC TRIGGERING FOR HEATING ELEMENTS

PURPOSE: An electronic triggering method is provided to decrease a number of mechanical configuration elements and to simplify the installation of the elements. CONSTITUTION: Provided are a heating element and a process for conducting the operating heat of a semiconductor switch(1) to a heating cell(8) which is triggered by the semiconductor switch(1) via first and second heat and current conducting material strips(2,4,5) and a frame terminal with an interposed heat-conducting insulating film(3). The semiconductor switch(1) is provided with a cooling fin(1a) and is applied directly to a surface of the first heat and current conducting material strip(2).
