PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a method satisfying the requirement of refining seawater to remove a harmful contaminant while leaving minerals because the direct ingestion of the whole minerals from the seawater is difficult even if the required whole minerals of 24 kinds are intended to be directly ingested from the seawater by the human being because the seawater is polluted. SOLUTION: The refining of the seawater is carried out by single or combined methods of an ozone method and a microorganism degradation method by paying attention to these methods capable of removing excess ions by an electrode reaction while leaving minerals. As a result, a mineral water by which the whole of the minerals included in the seawater can be ingested can be directly obtained from the seawater, and the food containing the natural minerals can be produced. |
