PURPOSE:To provide a firing method of a ferrite core capable of preventing the deformation of a molded body in firing and the ferrite core obtained by the method. CONSTITUTION:In the firing method of ferrite core for obtaining the ferrite core by firing a molded body 3, which is molded into a nearly flat shape so as to have a slit hole 4 in the center part by press molding a ferrite powder, on a firing furnace material 1, the molded body 3 is fired in a state that the center part of the molded body 3 is in not contact with the firing furnace material 1. In the firing furnace material 1, for example, a recessed part 2 is formed and the firing furnace material 1 is not brought into contact with the molded body 3 by the recessed part. |
