PURPOSE:To maintain an interval between a recording sheet and the nozzle surface of recording means constant. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 8 in which roller moving shafts 10 are disposed therein over a width direction are opened on the upper and lower surface of the nozzles 9 of heads 2a 2b. A pair of regulating rollers 7 are rotatably disposed laterally movably at both ends of the shafts 10 in the grooves 8. The rollers 7 each has a regulating part 71 formed, for example, of polyacetal, and a cleaning part 72 formed of sponge at the lateral outside of the part 71 in such a manner that the its peripheral surface protrudes at a predetermined distance of 0.5-1mm from the end face of the nozzle 9 and conveying belts are so disposed as to be brought into contact by the part 71 under a predetermined pressure. |
