PURPOSE:To cut off and collect meat from the gills of balloon fish which were discarded as abundantly producing unedible parts in cooking of balloon fish until now and utilize it as an edible foodstuff for spit-roasting, fried meat ball, etc. CONSTITUTION:Meat 4 existing so as to attach the gills 3 and 3 to both the sides of the head part 2 of a balloon fish 1 is cut off and collected from the gills 3. The collected meat 4 is utilized as a foodstuff for spit-roasting, fried material as fried meat ball after finely cutting it, a food served in the pot in combination with other foodstuffs and a porridge of rice and vegetables, a vinegared dish, etc., in the form of a soup material after drying and powering it. |
