摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve light transmitting characteristics of a color filter element of large dyeing concentration irregularity and a color filter element wherein white balance is not obtained, so as to realize a desired concentration, and obtain a solid-state image pickup device with a uniform image quality, by projecting light containing ultraviolet rays on the color filter element. CONSTITUTION:A color filter element has a lamination structure constituted of a flattening layer 3, an interlayer film 4, a first dyed layer 5, a second dyed layer 6, and a third dyed layer 7. A solid-state image sensing device has a plurality of color filter element groups constituted of organic photosensitive resin dyed by one or more kinds of dye, above the light incidence surface of a photoelectric transducer. At least one or more color filter elements formed previously inside the image sensing device are irradiated with ultraviolet rays 8. Thereby light transmitting characteristics of one or more color filter elements whose dye concentrations deviate to some extent from the ideal concentration can be improved to be a desired concentration, and a solid-state image sensing device with a uniform image quality can be obtained.</p>
