PURPOSE: To restrain the deformation of heat transfer piping in order not to bring troubles for fitting works upon fitting the heat transfer piping to the outer periphery of an inner tube to incorporate thereinto. CONSTITUTION: A multitude of rows of helical coil heat transfer pipes 5 are arrayed in a tubular profile jig, then, inside rudder and an outside rudder 19 are attached to assemble the heat transfer piping 4 of a single-layer structure. A multitude of heat transfer pipes, having different diameter sequentially, are prepared. The first layer of heat transfer pipes is fitted to the outer periphery of the inner pipe 3 while restraining the size and shape by the profile jig 17 as it is and, thereafter, the profile jig 17 is removed. In the same manner, a second layer of heat transfer pipes 4 is fitted to the outside of the first layer of the heat transfer pipes 4, then, the heat transfer pipes 4 of layers, subsequent to the second layer, are fitted subsequently to make multi-layered heat transfer piping. |
