PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a door without excessively increasing the complexity and resources of an operating system by forming a door resource data structure, representing door remote procedure call resources, in the operating system. SOLUTION: A thread 108 of a computer process 110 generates a door 112 to generate a server thread executing the calling of the door 112. The door 112 is represented by a file descriptor and represented by a door node. The door node is constructed by adding a field characteristic of the representation of the state of the door by the door node to v node which represents the state of a resource and has a conventional type structure. The door node is controlled by accessing the door by minimum adaption by using the majority of conventional file access control procedures, e.g. procedures open() and close().
