PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the chemical reaction in a cylinder to reduce a fuel consumption ratio and improve exhaust gas by utilizing hydrogen and oxygen included in water for explosive force, to reduce global warming by reducing carbon dioxide and to reduce the production quantity of SPM by reducing the production of nitrogen oxides so that the air is cleaned and an exhaust gas friendly to a human body is provided.
