PURPOSE: A detecting and alarming apparatus of coolant and antifreezing solution is provided to prevent overheating by alarming with turning on a warning light at shortage of coolant or in case of the density of the antifreezing solution to be over 70% during traveling. CONSTITUTION: A detecting and alarming device(2) of coolant and antifreezing solution comprises a guide electrode part(4) installed in a coolant reservoir tank; a detecting air bladder part(6) assembled with the guide electrode, and floated and separated according to the amount of coolant or antifreezing solution; conductor parts(8) installed in detecting bladders, and conducted in contacting; and a warning light(10) turning on with a signal of an electronic control unit connected electrically to the guide electrode in conducting. The warning light is turned on at shortage of coolant during traveling, or in case of the density of the antifreezing solution to be over 70%. Overheating is prevented with turning on the warning light.
