PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying a composition of attaching a horn plate to a mandrel of a steering wheel main body. SOLUTION: A first lock receiving part 14 is provided in one place on the rear side of the mandrel of the steering wheel main body 2, and second lock receiving parts 21 are provided in two places on the front side. The horn plate 51 is annular and it is provided with a first locking part 64 and second locking parts 65. In an attaching work of the horn plate 51, the first locking part 64 is locked to the first lock receiving part 14, the horn plate 51 is rotated and then slid to the rear side, the second locking parts 65 are locked to the second lock receiving parts 21, and a clip 58 is engaged to the first lock receiving part 14 to block sliding of the horn plate 51. Since there is no need to use a shoulder bolt, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. |
