PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discharging the exhaust air while controlling the exhaust air in an unmanned condition when powder, in particular, the powder having the mean grain size of 20-250 μm, the grain size distribution of 1-350 μm, and the true specific gravity of grain of 0.9-1.5 g/cm3 is filled in a container in a pulsating manner using a simple facility of the piping and air. SOLUTION: When the powder having the mean grain size of 20-250 μm, the grain size distribution of 1-350 μm, and the true specific gravity of grain of 0.9-1.5 g/cm3 is extracted from an extraction port in a lower part of a powder vessel, and transferred and filled in a container for general use located below the powder vessel through a connection pipe in a pulsating manner, a regular pressure gauge, a control valve and a control device are fitted to the exhaust air pipe, and the exhaust air is controlled in an unmanned manner by controlling the exhaust air by hunching the pressure during the filling mode between the pressure of 0 and 150 mm aq. |
