FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: rotary internal combustion engine consists of three similar type rotary compressors with main shaft intersecting centers of compressors which are located so that one of side compressors, i.e. first compressor, compresses mixed gas and the other side compressor compresses clean air, with second compressor arranged in between operating as power engine. Internal combustion engine operates as follows: first compressor compresses mixed gas and delivers it into second compressor where mixed gas is ignited and produces moving force. Third compressor compresses clean air and delivers it into second compressor to provide secondary burning. Owing to combined operation of pipeline and gas knife, both side compressors supply gases and provide double burning in engine, as a result waste gases are relatively clean, moving force is sufficiently high and main parts of engine are cylindrical and are easy to machine.
