FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: it is used with aim of improving safety and increasing productivity of geophysical investigation and also for cutting time of round-trip procedure in operation of oil and gas wells. Device has pusher which is lowered by logging cable having current-conducting lines inside it. Length of cable is equal to total length of horizontal and curvilinear parts of well. Pusher is made in the form of piece of armored cable coated with additional layer of hard, elastic, and aggressive-resistant insulation made of material with density which is below density of liquid which fills well. Attached to lower end of logging cable is geophysical instrument, and secured to upper end of logging cable is propelling weight. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwgc |
