PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the state of a copying part on a data processor-side by detecting the state of a copying means, transmitting a state signal for displaying the detection result of a state detection means to a data processing means and controlling a reception means, a printing means and the copying means. SOLUTION: Whether an original transportation device 14 is left in an open state or not or whether it is in a toner empty state or not is grasped. When the copying part 10 is judged to be in a copy possible state or not and the copying part 10 is normal, the signal of effect that normal printing/copying can be executed is transmitted to the data processor transmitting control data. The effect is displayed on the data processor. When the copying part 10 is in the state where it cannot execute copying by any cause, only a printing processing is executed, and the original is stored in the original stock part of the printer part 11. When the copying part 10 is restored to the copy possible state, the original is copied. |
