PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide article selling equipment which executes a deal efficiently without degrading customer service when a purchasing amount of liquid to be sold at a predetermined quantity unit is specified in an amount of money. SOLUTION: A host device 1 stores per each customer an amount of money not used in a previous deal as this customer's saved amount of money in a third memory part 14. In case of refuelling in a fixed amount of money, the maximum quantity able to be refuelled within a salable amount-of-money range adding the saved amount of money of this customer to an amount of money specified by the customer is calculated to refuel in a quantity calculated. Then the saved amount of money of this customer is updated to be the difference between the sold mount of money for gasoline actually refuelled and the total of the saved amount of money of this customer and the amount of money specified by this customer. Therefore, refuelling in a fixed amount of money can be performed without causing damage to a gas station. Also a deal can be processed efficiently without taking much time for cash handling in settling up.
