PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous treatment method for organic waste in which an installation step can be simplified and a slow solubilizing reaction can be avoided to make smaller a solubilizing tank so that a solubilizing process can be properly performed. SOLUTION: In the method for continuously treating an organic waste liquid containing organic sludge, a solubilizing treatment of an organic sludge is performed by heat and also under conditions that sludge solubilizing enzymes are produced and secreted from microorganisms and also the solubilization is accelerated by the enzymes, and the solubilizing treatment time can be determined based on the hydraulic residence time of a liquid to be treated at a solubilizing treatment device.
