<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute cleaning treatment by making harmless sludge without requiring additional and exchanging components of diluting water, coagulant, etc., by a method wherein metabolic material of soil microbe having principally denitrifying action is added to a porous component suitable for existence of the microbe, is exposed to organic wastewater to execute bioremediation. SOLUTION: A cleaning apparatus 1 connects in a multistage circulation system a control tank 3 in which a colony of organic wastewater of organic object from a supply part 2 is controlled, two stages breeding tanks 4a, 4b, a separation tank 5 of the sludge, and two stages volume-reduction tanks 7a, 7b degradating the sludge, and makes effluent of the separation tank 5 flow down to an exhaust part 8. The control tank 3 internalizes a porous component wherein fine holes suitable for existence of microbe are formed, the porous component is formed of concrete which is needle crystallization treated by use of inorganic metal salts and organic acid, and a colony control component is formed by adding a metabolic material of soil microbe having principally a denitrifying action. The metabolic material can be obtained by cultivating a bacterium having the denitrifying action.</p> |
