PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively automatically remove burr extended from an outer periphery of a dehydrator in a short time by bringing a cutting blade slidably into contact with an outer periphery of the dehydrator. SOLUTION: Two cutting blades 20 are, for example, disposed along an axial direction at one side of a barrel 10, and thus total four cutting blades 20 are disposed at both sides. Rear ends of the blades 20 are coupled to a telescopic rod 21. A rear end of the rod 21 is coupled to an air cylinder 22. When this is driven, the blades 20 are slidably moved in a direction of an arrow A. A slidably moving direction S of the blade 20 is in a direction that the blades 20 are brought into partial contact with an outer periphery of a gage frame 12 and a cutting edge can be brought into contact with an upper surface of a supporting rod 18 of a lower side. The blade 20 is slidably moved to the lower side along the direction of the arrow A by driving the cylinder 22 to be brought into contact with the upper surface of the rod 18 so that the upper surface of the rod 18 becomes a bearing surface of the blade 20. Thus, burr 30 extended from a slit gage 14 of the barrel 10 is cut at a position extended from a side outer periphery of the frame 12.
