PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unevenness with simple constitution of a low cost by providing openings at both end sides of a hollow part, and connectibly providing a gas exhaust passage for exhausting gas from the part externally at one of the openings, thereby generating steam flow in the part. SOLUTION: Openings 2a, 2b are provided at both ends of a hollow part 1. A gas exhaust passage 3 for exhausting gas from the part 1 externally is connectibly provided at the opening 2a. A steam channel 6 for supplying pressurized steam, drain exhaust tube 7 for exhausting condensed steam and a gas exhaust passage 8 connectibly to the opening 2 side are provided at a vulcanizing can 5. And, unvulcanized rubber is laminated on an outer periphery M1 of a mandrel M to form a rubber molding 9, and internally mounted in a vulcanizing space 4. When a vulcanizing operation is executed by introducing the pressurized steam while exhausting drain and steam from the tube 7 and passage 8, the passage 8 is operated as a steam flow generator A to generate a flow of the steam directed from the opening 2b side toward the opening 2a side. |
