PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify the anisotropy of a rotor only by measuring with various speeds, and to calculate machining data by forming the mathematical model of the rotor, and by relating the obtained value to the measurement value of the deviation of a rotor center for evaluating. SOLUTION: Geometrical shapes such as the dimensions of a rotor 1, related density, and a coefficient of elasticity are verified by a detecting device 20 and are sent to a calculating device 21, and the mathematical model of the rotor 1 is formed by the calculating device 21. The values of speed, layer, and 2f-center deviation are sent from a deviation-measuring device 22 where a measurement value-detecting device 23 is connected, the axis position of the rotor 1 is verified by the calculating device 21, and the degree and attenuation of anisotropy is verified by the method for verifying a parameter. Machining dimensions, for example, of a through hole 5 and a hole on a bag that are required for referring to the data of the geometrical shapes being sent from the detecting device 20 and for finally equalizing the anisotropy by the calculating device 21 for eliminating are calculated and instructed, thus rapidly and positively reducing the anisotropy and double-frequency vibration due to the anisotropy and improving the dynamics behavior of the rotor 1. |
