PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject resin composition having proper volume resistivity and free from fish eye by including a perfluoroalkyl group-containing cesium salt into a thermoplastic resin having a specific relative permittivity. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by including (B) 0.01-5 pts.wt. perfluoroalkyl group-containing cesium salt into (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin having >=2.5 relative permittivity measured in 1 kHz frequency at 23 deg.C. Preferably a fluororesin, especially preferably vinylidene fluoride resin is preferably used as the component A. The component B comprises preferably 5-20C, preferably 5-15C perfluoroalkyl group and the component B include e.g. cesium perfluoroalkyl sulfonate. Thereby, a resin composition having proper volume resistivity, uniform distribution of volume resistivity and small dispersion of volume resistivity and not causing change in volume resistivity even when high voltage is repeatedly applied and reduced in fish eye is obtained. |
