PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lighting fixture with a few restrictions on the location of an air vent provided. SOLUTION: A vehicular lighting fixture has an air vet 20 for the breathing of its lamp body. The air vent 20 is enclosed by an elliptical cross-sectioned cylinder 22 with short lateral width, which is formed with a partition wall 24 therein and a slit 26 in its lower wall and is fitted on its tip with an elliptical cross-sectioned cap 30 with short lateral width and partly closing the slit 26. That constitution defines in the cylinder 22 a labyrinthine air passage H leading into the lamp body by way of the air vent 20 as well as outside the cylinder 22 by way of the slit 26. The air passage H made labyrinthine prevents water from infiltrating into the lamp body and the elliptical cross section of both cylinder 22 and cap 30 having the short lateral width accordingly prevents the cylinder 22 from interfering with other members to thus lessen the restrictions on the location of the air vent 20. |
