SOLUTION: A hopper 20 receiving ground foamed polystyrene waste Pa, a feeding room 30 communicating with the hopper 20 and receiving the ground waste Pa from the hopper 20, a melting cylinder part 40 communicating with the feeding room 30 and provided with an extrusion nozzle 41 for a molten polystyrene material on the opposite side of the communication side of the feeding room 30 and a heating means and a screw 50 extending from the inside of the feeding room 30 toward the nozzle 41 side in the melting cylinder part 40 are provided.
