<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure 2-dimension spectral characteristics at the same time with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The image of a sample 1 is made into parallel light flux by a collimeter lens 2, which transmits band passes filters 31-46 and spectrum- processed according to spectral transmission factor. The light transmitting the band pass filters 31-46 is imaged on an area sensor 9 by lenses 51-66 corresponding to the band pass filters 31-46, thus images 71-86 obtained. So, 2- dimention spectral characteristics is measure at once.</p> |
