<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of toner itself and to clean a developer carrier by providing a peeling member with a scraping member for scraping excess developer on the peeling member. SOLUTION: The peeling roller 4 abutting on a developing sleeve 3 is formed by using material such as urethane sponge, etc. The roller 4 is rotated in a reverse direction to the sleeve 3 and peels the toner T on the sleeve 3 which does not contribute to development though it passes a developing area being a position where it is opposed to a drum on the rubbing surfaces of the sleeve 3 and the roller 4, and then cleans the surface part of the sleeve 3. Furthermore, a scraper 5 arranged at the inner part of a container 2 from the roller 4 is arranged on the roller 4. The scraper 5 scrapes the toner T peeled from the sleeve 3 by the roller 4 and adhering to the roller 4 nearly 100%.</p> |
