MOLD FOR TRIALLY MANUFACTURED PRODUCT FOR BLOW MOLDING OF HOLLOW PLASTIC CONTAINER AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for a trially manufactured product by a blow molding method and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Two mold half parts 76 are arranged parallelly and mutually mated to form the inner surface conforming to the desired contour shape of a container. The mold half parts have the front faces cooperating with the front faces of other mold half parts in order to form mold cavities 78 and also have rear faces having a predetermined constant geometrical shape and an outer contour shape. A cooling water manifold is provided and an assembly 50 comprising mold nest support constitution parts 52-74, 302-308, 72, 74 forming support pockets (68-70-56) having the contour shape conforming to the predetermined and constant geometrical shape is further provided. The mold half parts are incorporated in the pockets related to the mold nest support constitution parts. Mold parts are made of a heat conductive compsn. and a water cooling manifold has internal channels adjacent to the related pockets to circulate a cooling fluid in order to diffuse heat by the heat conduction with the rear faces of the related mold half parts.
