IDENTIFICATION METHOD AND IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC MARKING OF MOBILE OBJECTS, MOTOR-VEHICLES IN PARTICULAR

The method consists in marking of all administratively registeredMOs by a firmly stuck therein electronic identification module, containing its factory identification specifications and data identifying the MO registration and the ownership thereof, said information being contained synonymously interrelated in an administrative register. All recorded information is protected against unauthorized access by means of recording in the module of a system of selective access passwords - reading of all data or correction of currently changing data only, and only by an administrative body authorized to record all information in the module, as well as to install it in the MO and to record the module identification data in the administrative register. The system for realizing the method comprises an MAE mobile identification module (1) and a contactless reader (2), a stationary recorder (3) for initial recording, a semiportable recorder (4) for correcting a part of the information recorded and an administrative computerized register (5).
