A depth control apparatus for mounting a rotatable implement (54) on a vehicle; the rotatable implement (54) is connected to a mounting plate (6) for pivotal attachment to the vehicle; the rotatable implement (54) is also supported on the ground by rollers (8) in such a manner that pivotal movement of the mounting plate (6) will control the depth or height of the rotatable implement (54) while the rollers (8) remain on the ground.
